I am so fortunate that I was referred to Michael once I began house searching. From pre-approval through the eventual close on our house, Michael and his team were a huge asset. When I contacted Michael I let him know I already had a rate locked in with another lender but am exploring other options and would switch if it saved me money in the long term. Michael was onboard and supportive of what I was doing. He didn’t try to push me into an option, but took a more consultative and guidance approach which I really appreciated (and I wasn’t getting from any of the previous lenders I was working with). The entire loan process was very quick and easy. It was clear what was required on my side and I received updates regularly on the status of the loan. Everything was done on time prior to the closing date and really, the whole process was stress free. All of my questions and emails were responded same day.
