I made a reservation online but when we arrive it wasn’t on the book. I received a confirmation email that I verified and this email but they didn’t have the reservation. We were able to get a table. This may need looking into.

We made a reservation. It added to my calendar. 645-815p. At 7:48p the hostess came to our table and asked us to leave. Food was good. But, being asked to leave before we were done, unacceptable! !

Restaurant did NOT have our reservation, which I made on Open Table. We ordered off the Devour Indy menu. 2 meals for $35. The salad was Olive Garden quality. The breaded cheese sticks were huge and amazing. I would recommend ordering those again. Fettucine Alfredo sauce was burned and made with powdered Parmesan cheese. Lasagna again, Olive Garden quality. Dessert was a frozen cheesecake. Nothing great. Our waiter was non-attentive. We had to reach out to him several times. The waitress never repeated what we ordered and got half of our orders wrong, then disappeared for our entire meal, never asked if we wanted desert (even though we didn't), and then never gave us our card back after she ran the bill. We celebrated a Birthday dinner, and I left feeling embarrassed that's where I made the reservation!
I made reservations for 8 people several days before we were coming to dine. When we got there we were told there would be an hour wait. We feel that was unacceptable given the fact that we had reservations. This wasn't even on a weekend. We left and went somewhere else. They have lost our business.
Went for a birthday dinner with my family. Decided to get a bottle of red wine, for some reason it was chilled? We all ordered our entrees and I ordered an appetizer. The waitress repeated the order back correctly, but never brought out the appetizer. At least it wasn’t on the bill. Not in a huge rush to go back, I can say I’ve been there.
We have been to this restaurant twice in the past and it was great. Tonight's visit missed the mark. Our server was inattentive and rushed us through our meal. My husband found a hair in his pasta. We were not offered refills on drinks or salad. The food tonight was not good like it was during our last visit. I'm not sure we will return, which is disappointing to me. We spent nearly $50 for my husband and I to have two entrees and two sodas. I dont feel like we got our money's worth.
We were excited to try a new restaurant for date night...We arrived at 7:00pm on time for our reservation. We were quickly seated and our mouths were watering just looking at the menu options. My husband loved his dish. Mine bothered my stomach. It was a bit too greasy for me. The service was sub par. She forgot most everything she promised to bring. We had to ask three times for our ramekin of sauce for our bread sticks. We'd been there a few weeks before and had s great experience. We decided to come for Father's Day.
