Seated and ordered drinks right away. The waitress stated be back in a few and 20 minutes later no waitress. She kept passing our table and never looked our way. After going to her and saying check or could someone take our order if she was to busy final got another waitress. We ordered food after waiting 30 minutes to order and order was not right. Awful service. Went there before a concert…the waitress never came back to the table. We went inside to pay and get refills on our drinks…we pay…leave…get to the concert and they still had my credit card. It was my only form of payment so we had to leave the concert to go get my card. We got there early so we could get the best seats but wasted our time driving to get the card and then waiting in a long line to get into the concert. Great food. Awful service.

Service was spot on. I was expecting a better overall experience though. Food was just so, so. Everything was comparable to Olive Garden - only less ambiance.

We came here for Devour Indy Winter fest '22. We were under impressed with the restaurant itself. When we first arrived to our table, we were waiting for our server to come to us till 15 minutes later. We sensed that everything were in very hurry. The busboy vacuumed right beside our table while we were eating our main course. We don't understand why Devour Indy chose this restaurant. Other than that, the foods were ok-ok.

Terrible experience. Absolutely would not recommend this place. Salad was basic bagged lettuce with a couple cherry tomatoes and some croutons. Lasagna was nearly inedible. One person ordered all you can eat soup, salad and breadsticks. Tried all three soups (Italian wedding. Minestrone and potato soup). Italian wedding soup did not look like any Italian wedding soup we’ve ever seen. It was not edible. The calamari and salads were ok. The Alfredo sauce was pretty good with the breadsticks. The Michaelangelo’s Trio was awful. The chicken parmigiana and lasagna were gross. It was like I paid to eat leftovers that were overly coated with melted cheese. Had I ate the food it would have caused me to be sick. The lasagna was inedible. Embarrassed to take a date there. Never coming back under these conditions.

Very disappointing. Ordered a bottle of wine. Server brought the bottle already opened and two glasses. Before I could say anything wine was poured in to dirty glasses. Glasses were water stained. They hadn't been dried after washing. Not real comfortable with method of cleaning tables between guests. Appear ro use the same cloth on multiple tables. Cleaner was sprayed on the table over the cheese shaker. This place doesn't seem to fit in with other Clancy's establishments.
