Gerard Garcia helped me get my first truck. I traded-in my 2013 Scion FRS with 38,000 mileage for a new 2017 Toyota Tundra Limited CrewMax. I really wanted a TRD Pro Tundra but the limited turned out perfect! Greg Nelson at Michael's Toyota of Bellevue is the best. He is probably the most nicest car salesman I ever dealt with until now. On Memorial day weekend, we bought our brand new 2017 Highlander xle from this dealer. I was 99% locked on buying new Honda Pilot but after visiting both Honda/Toyota dealerships in Bellevue, we ended up buying 2017 Highlander. Great experience, great team and a great deal. Thank you to the ToB team! Gerard spent hours with the kids, who were coming in to buy their, and smiled so the way even though a dealer trade ended up being part of final solution. Bob Villaviray (Villa) took the time to make sure they fly understood what what happening, alleviating the shock and any chance of buyers remorse. They love the car, they were totally impressed with process and will no doubt be back.
