Nothing by amazing things to say about Michaels Toyota of Bellevue!! Especially their sales associate Michael Henning! My husband and I have been wanting the Nautical Blue 4Runner for years!! We owned a charcoal 2013 and loved it but every time we saw the blue we wished so bad we could have it! A couple weeks ago I took my 2013 in to get a tire rotation. This was my first car buying experience and it was so much less stressful than I thought it would be. From their beautiful facility to their selection of cars and friendly staff, it was all 5 stars! Kirk Jensen was my sales guy and he was great..super personable, knew about the cars and him and Jason Bowles were honest and informative to get me the best deal by purchasing a lightly used loaner car instead of a new one. Today my wife brought in our Tundra for a simple oil change. We purchased our certified used Tundra from Michael's a few months ago and was given 2 free oil changes as part of the deal. We live in Monroe so its not convenient but thought it would be worth the trip today. Traffic was crazy bad and after almost 2 hours my wife arrived about a half hour late. Now it is going to take them up to 4 hours to do the service. That's almost as long as it took to buy the truck which was a 6 hour adventure which should have taken 2 hour... read more
