I was very impressed with my experience at Michael's Toyota of Bellevue! I have never bought a car through a dealership before and was nervous they'd be really pushy. But it was not like that at all! Gordon was my sales guy, he is kinda new but was very friendly and helpful. It was very laid back, I didn't feel any pressure to buy at all. Michael Henning was so great during our visit. He was patient while we test drove 3 different cars. We never felt rushed, or like we were taking up too much of his time. He was patient and thorough in answering all of our questions about each vehicle. We generally hate car shopping because of the inevitable push we feel, but Michael made us feel right at home.
