It was tough to find a mortgage lender for my situation. This is my second house and we already had a deal broken with a builder with another lender. I found Michele after that and she worked relentlessly with me in finding a lender. During the process I had lot of moving parameters and she took care all of that and kept me updated on the maximum purchase price that I qualify for. This helped us make "no contingency" offer and win a bid on a house. We are moving in soon :-)
