Michelle really went way above and beyond for me. She texted me often, called weekly, patiently answered my stress-fuelled questions and was just generally wonderful.
It’s a mortgage application in volatile times. The information seemed to change daily and we struggled to find the best deal. Not a great experience, but that isn’t anyone’s fault in particular.
