Everything was great
Michelle is the best when it comes to communicating, checking in, and following up. This is my first build and Michelle clearly checked in more frequent, and explained the process/info better than the people who were supposed to explain it to me! 10/10 without a doubt and would recommend her to any of my family and friends.

Michelle was both patient and prompt during this process, which was huge for us as first time homebuyers. She stayed in contact with us through every step, and worked with us to make sure we felt confident in our loan choice. We are truly thankful for you, Michelle!
I highly recommend Michelle because she went above and beyond in providing details and clarity in the entire process. I applaud her patience in helping us (new homeowners) navigate the process and also explaining the loan process in east-to-understand terms. She exercises great immediacy through quick updates to help move the process along.
