Michelle was very tentative, knowledgeable and made us feel special. She called us periodically just to check in, and sent weekly emails throughout the construction process. She kept track of the interest rates when they dropped and made sure we knew our options for locking in the rates. She fought for us to keep our locked in interest rate when our closing date was delayed past the expiration date. She does the work and goes the extra mile! We appreciate her so much.
My husband and I were completely new to the loan process and Michelle made it very easy for us!
