You really need a rating of “good.” Great is too extreme. My experience was good. The only thing I had some difficulty with was understanding my specific situation as I was out of the country during this process and most people were unsure of how to proceed with that.

Michelle is very responsive and customer focused. She had patiently answered all my questions throughout the application process and directed me to the right person for the questions outside of her area of responsibilities. I had the option to use the mortgage service from the Bank I currently have relationship with. However, it's only because of Michelle I decided to go with KB Loans as she took care of all my needs for the mortgage in a timely fashion. I'm glad Michelle was my loan officer.
