We just got "tossed" around a bit from person to person during the whole experience due to turnover and maybe other reasons so it felt like a lot of repetitive questions and requests.

The whole loan process was seamless and easy to understand. I appreciated how thorough the loan processors were the entire time from beginning to end and answered any and all questions I had. The only frustration I had was with technical errors using the portal to upload and view documents. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.
