I feel there was a lot of information that was not communicated until last minute. For example, we had been told that we would be able to make a full contribution towards closing cost from my Real Estate agent. A week before we were supposed to close I was told that was not true due to KB's contribution and I was required to come up with an additional $6k for closing.
