She was very personable and was willing to stand in trenches with us, when things were rough.
Regular communication and always available whenever I had questions about the loan process, extensions, and fee breakdown.
Michelle was very attentive and took all of our concerns into consideration when make loan and rate decisions.
I feel there was a lot of information that was not communicated until last minute. For example, we had been told that we would be able to make a full contribution towards closing cost from my Real Estate agent. A week before we were supposed to close I was told that was not true due to KB's contribution and I was required to come up with an additional $6k for closing.
