Michelle stayed in contact with us frequently throughout this process, which we appreciated. She was mostly available for questions and concerns, and also went out of her way to answer questions that were directed at other KBHS employees that went unanswered. Our real issue is that no one within KBHS communicated with eachother and we had to go back and forth with multiple people about the same issues. This caused a lot of stress and confusion on everyone. This is the reason for my rating.

Michelle took the time to explain the homebuying process to us in depth. She answered any and all questions that my wife and I had for her to the best of her ability. In addition to providing excellent customer service during every interaction.Even when it seems like no one else knew what was going on with our mortgage and homebuying process Michelle did! She is excellent at her job and she should be promoted above her peers.
