Michelle is true professional in her field. She is more knowledgeable than 90% of her peers. More specifically her understanding of manufactured housing as real estate (a very complicated real estate transaction) exceeds that of any other lender in Texas. I have never met a lender more thorough, helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive than Michelle.
Literally the best customer service I have ever had. Michelle is easy to talk to and answered all our questions right away. She even worked with us to help build our credit before we bought our house. We loved her!
