Michelle always answered the phone and the communication was outstanding. Her associates also communicated well with everything we needed to get turned in and answered all questions we had. We didn’t have to wait to get answers.

I had a ridiculously tight deadline moving from NJ to Indiana for a new job. Michelle and her entire team at VIP went above and beyond with me to ensure that everything went smooth, and we closed just in time. Their communication and guidance was top notch, and explained everything in a way that could be understood clearly. They even got me approved when three other mortgage places had turned me down.
