Communication is one of the main pillars of customer satisfaction/experience. Michelle made herself available through out the loan process even on weekends and during off work hours which was great! Her prompt responses made it easier for us to navigate the most complex parts of the loan process because she was there with us along the way even though we live an hour and half from her office.
