She was thorough with the pre-approval process so obtaining the mortgage was easier. Because this was my first time buying a home I had a lot of questions and was nervous about the numbers but Michelle and her team we great ab getting answers quickly. Even if they didn't have an answer yet because it was still early in th process they were honest and simply said that.
It’s been a pleasant and smooth experience so far with Michelle and everyone at VIP. They are very responsive to any questions we have.
Being a first time home buyer there are definitely a lot of things that one doesn't know. Now building is even worse. But I believe Michelle was very supportive and very understanding. Michelle took time to explain everything in terms that we would understand therefore we weren't really doing anything blindly.
I was preapproved by two seperate mortgage companies but when it came time to put things together both companies simply didn't want to put forth the work and effort as I had some "out of the norm" circumstances. Michelle and her team (especially Aimee) worked extra hard and didn't give up. They were willing to "jump through hoops" to make my dream home a reality when the others were so quick to turn me away just because they weren't willing to put forth the extra effort.
Michelle and her team stayed by my side every step of the way from beginning to closing.
Michelle, I just wanted to say thank you for everything you and your team has done through the whole construction process! You guys answered every question I had (even if I asked multiple times). You all made the process much easier! Thank you again!
