She was thorough with the pre-approval process so obtaining the mortgage was easier. Because this was my first time buying a home I had a lot of questions and was nervous about the numbers but Michelle and her team we great ab getting answers quickly. Even if they didn't have an answer yet because it was still early in th process they were honest and simply said that.

Being a first time home buyer there are definitely a lot of things that one doesn't know. Now building is even worse. But I believe Michelle was very supportive and very understanding. Michelle took time to explain everything in terms that we would understand therefore we weren't really doing anything blindly.

I was preapproved by two seperate mortgage companies but when it came time to put things together both companies simply didn't want to put forth the work and effort as I had some "out of the norm" circumstances. Michelle and her team (especially Aimee) worked extra hard and didn't give up. They were willing to "jump through hoops" to make my dream home a reality when the others were so quick to turn me away just because they weren't willing to put forth the extra effort.

I will forever have a special place in my heart for Michelle and her team. They never lost sight that I was a person....a person with a dream.
