The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful to all my questions and frustrating times I thought were problems. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. We were constantly kept informed of what was needed from us and when. Reminders were given as needed. We chose to make some last minute changes, but everyone on Michelle’s team followed through quickly and never made us feel we were creating more work for them. A very pleasant experience!
