I had an emergency happen last Friday! one of my cats was suffering and needed to be put to sleep! the receptionist was really rude and said I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. I told her my cat doesn't have 2 weeks he's clearly gonna die! she told me to go to great lakes if I thought it was a real emergency. I said this is the last time you will ever see me or any of my cats here as a client! mind you this cat was an established client with Dr. berg.
