Thee absolute WORST customer service ever! Do not take the risk of going on their Paw Plan. Our bank accouts were comprimised TWICE, via my cell phone. We have quite a few auto pays that come out of our account and I had had my old number for over 10 years. As you can imagine, it was very difficult to try and get that information out to all the agencies that have that contact/card info. Went and made an appointment..Everything was good for four days.. Morning of my appointment..Got a call stating I couldn't use my online coupon to have my dog seen..That I would have to pay.Which I did not budget for. I have a ten year old Chihuahua with arthritis..I sought out what I thought was a professional establishment. I was looking for relief for my ailing puppy and some emotional support for myself. Neither of the two happened. Very disappointed..Upset..And stressed. Making a bad situation..Worse.
It is hard to get a pet in for a pet health emergency, the cost for medicines is extremely high. I had a pet put to sleep in the back room, against my wishes, this was my baby, and I wanted to be there when my baby left this life. I will forever be unhappy about that experience.
