He regularly provided updates on vehicles matching our needs and shared advice on what makes Hondas such great automobiles. He was a pleasure to work with and would work with him again for my next vehicle purchase.

I have owned serveral cars but honda is the by far the best. My salemans Mr Charlie Frazier put the icing on the cake. His customer service on a scale of 1-10 was a 20. Upon arrival the salesman had the vehicle I was interested in ready to go. I was able to test drive, trade my vehicle, and purchase the new vehicle all within three hours on my first time to the dealership. He listened to my needs, and he directed me to the Honda Civic that I was interested in. He presented my need to his superiors who then worked out a deal I could afford. Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! I recently visited Midlands Honda with my niece who had purchased a Honda Accord on the previous day. To my surprise, I was so impressed with the professionalism of the entire office I ended up purchasing a Honda Civic! Great customer service My experience with Nathan Edwards (one of your service advisors) was a comforting experience. He eased my concern about getting everything done that needed to be done to my vehicle. He took the time to check things out and explained to me in great detail what the problem might be.
