Buying a car is one of my least favorite things to do but... Buying a car is one of my least favorite things to do but Midlands Honda did a great job easing me through the process. David Outen was awesome! I did not feel the usual pressure associated with buying a car. They were diligent at giving me the best experience and i even think i got a good deal.

We were a bit disappointed that we were never offered the teacher discount,( my wife is a district #2 school teacher) which could have been the game changer, in fact we never even got that far, after talking with 1 sales person, the one we took the test drive with, and 2 different sales mgr.'s. Excellent and Prompt Service Brought my vehicle, Honda Civic Hybrid 2010, in yesterday for routine check-up and maintenance check. I was able to schedule one quickly, and it only took an hour for everything. Car is running very quiet and smoothly.

Service Visit Service Advisor Johannes Algra provided excellent assistance during my visit. He helped me determine the required service for my Acura, which consisted of changing the transmission fluid and rear differential service. The work was completed in the 1.5 hour time estimate he provided and at a reasonable cost of less than $150. I also found that my car mats had been cleaned while the car was in the shop.
