My sales representative seemed to be very knowledgeable... My sales representative seemed to be very knowledgeable about the car that I wanted. However, I wasn't completely satisfied with some of the service I received after I decided to make a purchase. This was not done by the salesman though.

Found a low mileage CR-Z on internet and salesperson... Found a low mileage CR-Z on internet and salesperson (Chris Shuler) contacted me within a few hours. Worked with him on an "E-price" so fair that it was worth my time/effort to drive from Atlanta all the way over to Columbia to pick car up. Car was waiting when I arrived and finance guy was great to work with (he beat my credit union's rate!). Only wish I could move their service department over here (cool movie room!).
