Claudette was outstanding in helping us find the Honda... Claudette was outstanding in helping us find the Honda Fit we wanted. The only negative part of the experience, which was not her fault, was that the dealer prep crew did not get the car ready for the promised pickup time. That caused us some trouble, but Claudette gave a loaner for the day until the prep could be done right. We appreciated the entire experience!

This was our third car from Midlanands Honda and, while the first two experiences were good, Claudette was truly exceptional as a salesperson. She went out of her way to explain what every document was for and why they were important. She even walked our 3-year-old daughter around the showroom floor when she began to get bored with the process.
