Mark Rossi was excellent at customer service, he seemed to be extremely knowledgable about the financing and what customers want. He was very up front and honest. Overall great experience. The purchase of my CRV was a great experience....only... The purchase of my CRV was a great experience....only negative issue was the length of wait time. There was a power outage that afternoon but the wait time to complete the deal was way too long and on a return trip to sign some papers went through same thing...All-in-all things went well....Salesman and Tech helper were very professional.
