We purchased a used van that had some damage to the top that we didn't see before we drove it home. Once we saw the paint damage, Willie immediately said that the dealership would repair it at no charge to us. It was an excellent and quick repair experience.

you still have to play the price game(back and forth... you still have to play the price game(back and forth between dealers)to get a price lower than the 1st quote-when i came to pick the car up my salesman was called to a meeting making my departure more of a hassle than it needed to be-otherwise a friendly and professional experience
This was the best car buying experiance I have ever had. ... This was the best car buying experiance I have ever had. The car was at such a good price that I could not beleive even with it being certified. The car was much cheaper than I could find anywhere new and in better condition. The next car that I go to purchase will be from Midlands Hond. I just hope that Mark is still there by the time I need a new car.
