Maureen went out of her way to hold the SUV until I got there and we love our new truck. The entire staff was very nice and helped us with the vehicle even though it did not have a owners manuel. Maureen even helped us figure out the navigation system (it also had no manuel). If we are in need of another new/used car we will be back!!!!
