Although it was an exceptionally busy day for... Although it was an exceptionally busy day for salespeople, Doug acted as if we were his only customers. We were not sure of the model we wanted, or even that we wanted a new rather than used vehicle, so we test-drove over half a dozen cars and crossover SUVs, taking several hours to decide. Chris Alston was very helpful and courteous. He listened... Chris Alston was very helpful and courteous. He listened to our needs and understood that we were very early in the car search process. He knew we were not going to make a purchase that day, but was glad to show us around and allow us to look at and drive any vehicle we were curious about. Some dealers have you sit at a desk and talk to you for 20 minutes before you even see a car. This was not the case with Chris. He took us out to the lot to see what we wanted. Ch... read more

Excellent price. The numbers quoted over the phone and... Excellent price. The numbers quoted over the phone and by email were accurate and fair. My salesperson, Maureen Brazel, was informative and responsive. She took the time for the test drive and feature explanation, even though I already had chosen the exact car in advance. She was also open about their approach for trade-ins, saying that it was not considered in the price quote and was handled as a separate transaction. Mark has gone above and beyond in helping us purchase the... Mark has gone above and beyond in helping us purchase the vehicle we wanted. The customer service is outstanding. We are happy to be Honda owners again. It was a great overall experience with the dealership. If in the future we decide to purchase another Honda it will be with Midlands Honda.

I drove into this dealership "to look" out of curioisity... I drove into this dealership "to look" out of curioisity (a new car in mind) to see what Honda had to offer in the Accords and Civics. Mark Rossi was standing outside and shook my hand and ask me 'how can I help you?" I told him I wanted to see these two cars to see what they were about.
