Do not go to this dealership. An agreed refund through BBB and they still do not hold up to their agreement. They rip you off. And do horrible service. Said they did not charge me with a deductible when I have proof they did!!! The most horrible Nissan dealer. They tell you things that need repair that don't. I have a warranty, my service advisor says oh this particular service is not covered, guess what, it was. I have the best warranty that covers all inside. Lazy. I did their work. If I could give negative stars, I would. I knew going into this place that they were going to be skeevy people just because that's what car salesmen usually are. However, after going in with a car that I wanted to trade in, they did not give me anything that I was looking for, but we're bound determined to try to take my car from me because it was a decently aged car with decent miles. I wish I would have kept my car to be honest. I wish I could go back. My boyfriend also purchased a car that day they gave him a horrible dea... read more

So, I need to now update my review to lower my rating. The company didn't get my title submitted and then lied when I called them. Here's how I know. The day before I called, nothing was showing on the MVD website regarding my title. I call the next day and they transfer me to the title lady, who says, "Oh, this was already submitted." I ask her when and am told two weeks ago. However, I find it very surprising that two days after I called it is now up on the MVD site and showing submitted the day I called them. Why n... read more

This company did false advertising on KBB.com. They stated that the vehicle they sold me was Nissan certified when it was not. While they did attempt to resolve this, their resolution was to try to get me to buy a more expensive vehicle. When I told them that I didn't budget for that, they had the gall to ask if I could put it on a credit card. Shady, shady dealer. I would NOT recommend the and I while I have a year of service, I don't believe it's probably in my best interest to go there.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Midway Nissan has been one of the most dishonest, unprofessional, and frustrating dealerships I've ever dealt with. When I purchased my vehicle, they explicitly agreed to remove the pinstripes and included that promise in the "We Owe" agreement. Simple enough, right? WRONG.
