Service advisor was waiting for me when I pulled in ; he was professional and knowledgeable; took the time to answer my questions and showed me some features on my car that I was unaware of.

I brought my vehicle in to Midway Nissan for a service appointment. My Service Advisor, Victor Bustos, went out of his way to make me feel like I was the only customer in the service department that day, even though it was a busy day there. He was attentive, polite, and dedicated to his work. He went out of his way to honor a special pricing promotion that the dealership was offering. I will book all future vehicle service appointments with him.

I didn't have an appointment but took a chance and simply stopped into the Midway Nissan service department because I was in the area. Service Advisor, Tim Roberts, was attentive and courteous, and immediately accepted my '24 Pro4X for warranty service. Overall, my experience at the Midway Nissan service department was extremely positive.

I had a positive experience. Few days after bringing the car my I noticed an oil leak. I called the dealership and they told me to bring it in. The leak was fixed in about 3 hours at no charge.

I've been told my whole life that dealerships are dishonest with tricks to get more money out of you. Not at all my experience at Midway Nissan. Straight forward no nonsense honesty is all I was given. The loan officer even called me back the next day so I could sign docs that gave me a lower monthly payment. Above and beyond if you ask me. They have a life long customer with me. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Midway Nissan.
