The dealership and salesmen run up the price of a car with additional and UNNECESSARY warranties. They give you the run around of things, lie to make it seem like you are getting a good deal and don't bring to your attention all of the extra charges. Not to mention they rush you through the whole process. I walked out of the lot with my car and was promised a specific car payment, was told to come back another day to finish the paperwork, they make it seem as if they didn't want me to have to waste time sitting there all day... read more

Took my brand new Sentra Jason was my advisor he kept it for a week just for the tech to put "unable to duplicate concern" they threw in a axle on the side that wasn't even making the noise, vehicle pulls hard now and noise is still there "surprisingly" taking to another Nissan hopefully they know what they are doing and replace parts on the side that actually making the noise

DON'T come here!!! They are very dishonest and will over charge you. Don't get any of their warranty. They overcharge and will deny you any issue you have with your vehicle, so it won't get covered. I paid for a Bronze Warranty $2600 and to come find out it doesn't cover anything waste of money. Mohammad is their Financial Manager he is the most dishonest person he will act like he is there to help. But he has blacked mail more than once. One time there was an issue with the warranty (first contract). They did a bait and swi... read more

I just began searching for a New Vehicle (Dec 15, 2024).....the PRESSURE given ONLY in phone calls and texts was HORRIBLE and OFFENSIVE. Carlos, Gold and Gabriel....(so far, and it's only Dec. 28, 2024)... I will try and add the communications via text.... OmGoodness, then when I say stop, ThNk you, I no longer need assistance.....the douche continues.....
