Buyer beware!!!! I was a potential buyer. I was interested in a truck and called the sales department. I worked with Daisy, and she was overall pretty attentive. I sent my credit app in early and she sent me a video. I did asked her specifically to make sure I wouldn't be surprised by anything when I got there since I live 45 min away. Typically I take my car to a private auto shop, I get better service. I decided to take my car to Midway Nissan to get an oil change mind you my car is a 2020 I got my oil changed on November 18, my sticker in my window says, I need a new oil change at 20,400 miles. My car currently has 16,200 miles. Yesterday night I got a pop-up on my dashboard that said I needed to get an oil change and 907 miles. I called Midway Nissan this morning, they don't have any idea what happened. They need to have a service writer call me back. ... read more

I brought my car to get serviced for a recall this morning. I dropped it off and waited till work was completed. Gentleman gives me my paper work and I get in my car and noticed I was missing a couple bucks in silver in my console. I told the gentleman before I left and called the office to complain and all they said was we are sorry.. Never bring your car there.. Horrible place

Earlier today, my step daughter and her boy friend stopped by Midway Nissan to obtain value on her boy friends car. Instead, the low life assholes at Midway express interest in selling my step daughter a car and her trading in her Honda. They took her keys and looked at her Honda and kept them hostage for nearly 3 hours attempting to force them into a deal. My step daughter called me and I threatened Midway Nissan that I am showing up with the police if they did not return her keys immediately and stop harassing her. As ... read more

I never received this kind of rude response and don't care attitude from any of my other cars, so far I owned Honda, Toyato and unfortunately I chosen Nissan for EV.. The car was good for last 4 years and recently it started showing battery issues. When I took it to this dealer first round they said they updated software and that should take care of the problem, and still did not solve it. So went again and they took a day to respond saying they cannot do anything until the problem get worst, so that mean they wont solve the... read more
