Midway Nissan has very good and professional people in their service department. My regular service mgr. was out that day, but his replacement did a very good job of taking care of my needs.

service perfect, washing the truck quality was just ok, missed alot of places, took me another 30min. at home to finish cleaning it. Service writer was never there had to find someone else to drop off at my appt. time and pick it up.

On the good side, the salesperson was easy to work with, and the buying process wasn't as difficult as I've had in the past. On the not-good side, the license bracket was missing nuts, so they forced the temporary license to attach. It came loose on the drive home and I almost lost it on the freeway. I had to order a new bracket and garaged the car. Also they 'detailed' the car while we were completing the purchase and signing papers. They left it in the sun and it has hard water spots all over the car. They wanted to charge... read more
