I don't understand why I'm taking this survey through Carfax?... However my buying experience was subpar. I was rushed, toyed with, and not given information. I love the car. and all my banking experiences thus far have been great. I understand there are tactics these dealerships use and teach their sales people but its pretty slimy to hide peoples keys just to get the sale, along with other occurrences that happened while I was at the dealership.
