Contacted my service advisor Tim Roberts, scheduled a date and time to drop off my 2020 Leaf for its 30,000-mile service. It was very convenient and easy to schedule this service with midway Nissan through Tim. As Tim is always cheerful, courteous, I always feel very confronted to have my vehicle serviced with him. Always top notch. On my last visit, I overheard a mechanic talking with another customer (in the waiting room) about the customer's vehicle. The mechanic spoke with a caring tone and very specific explanation about service being done. It made me feel confident about the service being done on my own vehicle. I always call Jacob to schedule service.
