Mike was always available and ready to answer all of our questions. We had one weekend to tour homes, so he gave us his cell phone number and was on-call to provide data, paperwork and advice the whole time. He provided a great overview of the process then walked us through it, helping us get the best rate possible for our loan. In a competitive and stressful market, it was a huge help to have him in our corner.
