Kerry was great when talking to him on the phone. He always answered or responded quickly and gave me the information I needed at the time. The only issue I had is we did not did find out about a problem with the appraisal until two days before the closing date. I asked about the appraisal almost two weeks prior and I was told it was fine and came in at value. We were happy with Mike’s service up until the very end when we needed some questions answered on a quick timeline. Our realtor helped us out, but was unable to get in touch with Mike when needed.
