This was our 5th Loan with Mike. The real estate market was very competitive so he suggested getting us fully approved prior to looking at homes which we did. Mike was awesome! We did not have a real estate agent because our home was purchased through a private sale, but Mike guided us through and explained every step of the process in ways that were easy to understand.
