Mike and his team are superb. They talked to us as adults and as equals, without much gobbledygook (or translating it to plain English when needed!). Once we had our sights on a property, Mike was beyond fast in getting us pre-approved in less than 24 hours! He was able to find us a great rate, and to move us to closing fast. His team is beyond organized and prompt, and their communications and instructions were always clear and timely.We would have been lost without them!

He is totally AWESOME !!!!!!! He has been working with us and our realtor for 22 months and never gave up . We ran into a lot of road blocks with sellers and he stuck with us in changing paper work , holding and extending our interest rate . You will not go wrong with him !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mike was fantastic to work with. Not only did he have a loan that suited my specific needs he also worked with me as I made changes to how I wanted my mortgage structured. While Mike may not admit it I am probably not his easiest client when it came to changes and specific needs. However he handled my loan from pre-approval to closing professionally and with all the hand holding I needed along the way. Financing a home is stressful to say the least thankfully I was lucky to have Mike there every step along the way!

My choice to rate Mike "highly likely" is only because there's not an option for "only person I WOULD recommend." This has been a very stressful divorce and refinance with a thousand moving parts and Mike was always there, always steady, and always answered my questions or took the time to explain what it was that I wasn't understanding. I consider myself very fortunate to have been recommended him and I sing his praises whenever anyone I know utters the word "mortgage."

My loan with another lender didn't go well since they asked for so many redundant documents and finally said they could not proceed since they care so much for money laundering on the money coming in from other countries. We first met with Mike for our initial mortgage eight years ago. The process was as smooth, efficient, and stress free (as much as any mortgage can be). It was an obvious choice to have him handle our two refis since then. He is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and very honest. He has continued to follow up with us individually with recommendations and answer our questions over the years. His advice has saved us thousands of dollars and years off of our loan.

Mike Lowe was extremely helpful. As you can see by the 5 STARS, he is certainly exceptional. What these STARS won't tell you, is how personable he is. Mike is very easy going and easy to talk to. Mike did not treat me like just another client, he really took the time to get to know me. This made trusting him to do the right things and communicate with me consistently, easier for me. What I liked about working with Mike is the advice regarding not only the bare basics in the loan process. He also cares enough to help out with non loan related advice. Taking a personal interest in people is important.
