Working with Mike Lowe is great! He makes things easy and straightforward, is knowledgeable, super communicative and very respectful of your time. We have gotten about 10 mortgages in our life time, none were as “easy” as the one we closed with Mike. Mike helped us finance a cabin near Leavenworth, WA. Mike Lowe guided us through a refinance that we thought would be a painful process!He and his assistant Jessica Thornhill were very concise at what was needed to make it happen! They were always willing to answer questions, and in a timely manner, and throughout the process, kept us well updated as to what was going on!! Mike and his assistant, Jessica, are an amazing team! Mike never had a doubt that we would be able to get the loan (and home) we were looking for. Our situation was a little tricky since we were dealing with the VA and Sound Transit, but Mike was able to communicate with all parties, and we were even able to close early which pleased us and the sellers. Mike has handled multiple transactions for me over the years and each one has gone smoothly. Mike provides excellent client service. I would highly recommend Mike Lowe and his processor Jessica Thornhill. I recently was involved in a purchase transaction and THANKS to Mike it went extremely smooth despite a couple of quirks along the way. He is very thorough, asks the right questions in order to acheive the best result for you, and his follow up compares to none I've ever worked with! He and Jessica gave 110% and I felt like I was their only client, even though I knew he was very busy. If you need a loan - the ONLY person I'd recommend is Mike!

I have bought three homes and re-financed one, through Mike over the past almost twenty years. He truly does live his "client for life" motto. He is extremely knowledgeable, and I trust his opinions, as he has never let me down. The home buying process is so time consuming and he makes it as easy and stress free as possible. I would give him the highest recommendation there is!!
