I have worked with Mike Lynch for over 20 years on multiple purchases of homes in Southern California. Mike has been an honest, dependable person to deal with and I recommend him to whomever is in need of a lender. I won't go to anyone else. I recently closed escrow on a home in October of 2012 and as usual Mike made the transaction extremely smooth.

I have done business with my Mr. Lynch for several years now and every time he gets more and more impressive. He is not only friendly and pleasant to work with, but he understands the mortgage business inside and out. Further, his staff is most helpful, they are available after hours, and on the weekends if you need them to make sure everyone's timelines for closing happens.

Mike was refered to my fiance and I by our real estate agent. Being first time home buyers, we needed a lot of direction and some hand holding through this entire process. We moved from Texas to California. Our realtor had suggested that we get pre-approved before making an offer on a home, so he put us in contact with a lender he has worked with before. We were under a tremendous time constraint, and getting the pre-approval as soon as possible was crucial.
