Mike has been our mortgage broker for at least three refinancings. He's our go-to guy! He has always obtained the best rates, is extremely knowledgeable, and highly ethical. He's provided us with comparative calculations and answered all of our questions. Everything moved very smoothly every time. It can't get any better than that!

The 5 stars in every category are deliberate and deserving for Mike Lynch and his team. From start to finish, as every lending process has its share of bumps along the way, Mike was always in control, very responsive, honest/upfront, and an overall pleasure to help us through this exciting but stressful time. Crossed the finish line with flying colors as we hit a rush to close at the end; I've found my lender for life (until he retires!).

I do not know how to thanks Mike and his Team at Cornerstone Home Lending. I had acquired a few properties before and refinance a few times as well, but no one has provide the level of professionalism like Mike's team. I can tell you that I will never look for another team to do a real estate transaction anymore. If you want excellent service and the best interest rate possible in the market, this is the team to go.

Mike responded to my initial contact, on a 3 day weekend, immediately. Spent the time to talk about what I could expect in terms of a re-fi for my home in Escondido.
