Mike is fantastic. He is very thorough and detail oriented and that is exactly what you need when refinancing. He helped us through the process and we felt confident that we knew what was happening. He was extremely patient with all of my questions and never seemed bothered when I called or emailed him with questions. We worked with Mike to help us get into our dream home. With all the obstacles of getting a new construction house, we thought the opportunity could slip away but Mike always kept us in the game and found ways to maneuver through it all. Mike was great at explaining everything that we need to know going into this process. He was always there for us to answer our questions and assist us with everything that we needed. This process can be very overwhelming, but Mike and team made us feel like we had a "long time" friend to count on at every turn.

Mike has facilitated the funding of 2 VA loans now. He was able to reestablish my ability to use the VA loan the day I sold my Condo and got my loan funded for my house the day I sold the condo. That means I was able to move out of one house and into another the same day because both loans closed on the same day!

When I found the perfect home 1st day on the market, I had to compete with 3 other offers and a counter offer for a 25 day escrow or I'd pay a penalty of $100 a day every day past 25. Scared to tears I got Mike on the phone asking him "can we do this?" Mike had been available for my calls 24/7 every time I had a quick question while looking for a home.
