1st impression: arrogant & impatient. Very demeaning. Had it not been for my husband’s persistence I would never do business w/LeaderOne. Never followed through in a timely manner. At escrow we were denied reimbursement by my broker from the seller ($250) WTF. I also wasn’t allowed to be on the title. Now I have to pay the attorney $100 to be added. Thee worst experience ever as this was NOT my first time at the rodeo. No recommendations from us nor any further business.
It was great working with Rafael Luna, he was so profesional but at the same time friendly. He did what he promised us and thanks to him we have our first house finally when everyone else said no..

My name is Alfonso Hernandez, Rafael Luna treated us very well, Thanks to him it was an easy process and if I were to buy another house with a mortgage I would again rely on Rafael with the loan and the process.
Service was okay I have to say Rafael was able to close in my mortgage but he was a bit disorganized and was constantly not sure if he had paperwork or not and requesting paperwork that was already given to him. I did not appreciate the way he spoke to me at times I think communication skills are key when working with clients. Very demanding, but I thank him for closing for him just suggest to have better communication skills with future clients
