Overall, our experience with Rate was phenomenal. The only "issue" we had was during the underwriting process, the agent that worked with us was not very helpful or good at communication. We constantly had to reach out to her to check in for updates. Other than that, the process was convenient and I would recommended rate to others. (Kate Estep was ESPECIALLY amazing! She was so helpful, always there for us when we had questions, and was great at communicating and keeping us posted)
