RecommendedI trust Mike Shaw KIA and the service department to take good care of my KIA Soul. I have been “ripped off” by local businesses before, so I only go to Mike Shaw KIA. They are professional and prompt. There is also a pleasant, air conditioned waiting room with snacks, water, coffee and soft drinks as well as current magazines and TV. I highly recommend them. Oh, yes they also washed my car! ☺️

RecommendedWe had issues with our Kia Niro and we were there on vacation. They got us in and for the car fixed and were very helpful. The only thing I was disappointed in is we had been working right up until vacation and had not had time to clean our car and when ever we took it in to Huffines where we bought it they always washed and vacuumed it and these guys did nothing.
