RecommendedWe had issues with our Kia Niro and we were there on vacation. They got us in and for the car fixed and were very helpful. The only thing I was disappointed in is we had been working right up until vacation and had not had time to clean our car and when ever we took it in to Huffines where we bought it they always washed and vacuumed it and these guys did nothing.
The service advisor was very helpful and kept me informed about the progress of my work
Everyone made our car buying process as painless as possible. From the managers to the finance people, our experience was amazing. However, our salesman John Gutierrez was the best! He went above and beyond to keep us happy. If you’re looking for a new or used car, definitely go to Mike Shaw Kia and DEFINITELY ask for John!
Good service, cars available, no over price ( mark up ), one comment take extra time release the car was on detail and take about 2 hrs
