If you are looking to buy a car and want the sales person to actually listen to you go to Mike Shaw Kia and talk to David Guerra. We went to/called more places than I can even remember David was the ONLY person to actually listen . I was looking for Small car that is great on gas Absolutely not red New Remote/fob for locks Some level of tint (because Texas and well because the sun in general ) Lowest cost overall as well as low monthly payment . Shout out to EJ and his team for helping us out in a pinch! Our son burned out the rear passenger window motor on our way in from SA during a bathroom stop. EJ and his team quickly got us in when we got to Corpus and had our window secured shut within 15 minutes. Thanks to EJ and his team we can have a safe trip back home to SA. The service dept. at Mike Shaw Kia is awesome. E.J. went above and beyond. He took the time to explain in detail the status of my car and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of while my car was being serviced. As far as the Sales dept. I highly recommend Aaron. He was very informative and really genuine. These two guys are the reason I will bring all my future business to Mike Shaw Kia. Sales and service These guys are top notch!! Robert was throughly knowledgeable about the 2022 Telluride. He was clear & conscience. He got information directly from others if he did not have the answer. Car dealing EVEN in this market is an unknown “dance” of how do I know if I’m being taken to the cleaners… don’t like it at all.
