Working with Mike and his team from Guaranteed Rate, and they were incredible. They were super attentive and had any answers I needed within minutes. The entire process was seem less and pleasantly enjoyable. I highly recommend using them, and will certainly do so in the future.

We worked with Mike to purchase our first home in December 2015 and more recently to purchase our second home in April 2021. Mike and his team made the lending process seamless from start to finish. Mike was responsive, thorough, and made himself available at all hours when we were in a competitive bid situation. I cannot recommend him enough!

No one can guide you better through the loan process than Mike. He was extremely up front and approachable, and had my best interests at heart. His entire team were there immediately for any questions that came up along the way. As a first time homebuyer, he was also very patient with me as I tried to navigate the real estate world, which made me feel very comfortable. At his core is a man dedicated to helping you achieve your home buying dreams.

I don't normally write reviews unless the service greatly exceeded expectations or fell greatly below. Mike firmly falls into the former. For starters, he really knows his stuff. He's knowledgeable and transparent. He contextualized his recommendations with market data and was up to date on the latest rate trends. Beyond his skillset, he was very accomodating, easily reachable, and has a contagious personality. I'd 100% recommend him and plan to use him for similar services in the future.

Mike and team were amazing every step of the way to get a mortgage for my first home. Their process is streamlined to make it as easy as possible. The whole team were friendly, knowledgable, and easy to work with. Mike was especially wonderful and kept me up to date with what was going on with rates during a crazy time in the market, and still locked me in at a great rate! Mike was very to the point and willing to make things work for us! After a not so great quote from another lender he reassured us that he would take care of us and he followed through! We plan on using mike again in the future if we decide to move!
